<p>CLERK/STENOGRAPHER<p>TEMPORARY <p>The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, and assists the Senior Administrative Support Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.<p>School: MAPLE GROVE PS <p>Principal: CATHY MILLAR <p>Schedule: FOUR MORNINGS WEEKLY, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM <p> Qualifications:<p> Required: Grade 12 diploma. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions and work as a team member. Good organizational, secretarial and word processing skills. Knowledge of MS Word at the Basic skill level. Experience with Outlook.<p>Preferred: Knowledge of PowerSchool, SchoolCash.net, JDE, attendance procedures and EasyConnect. First Aid, CPR and Microsoft Publisher would be an asset. <p>The duties, responsibilities and requirements for these positions are not limited to the above, but may include all of those in the Job Fact Sheet for Clerk/Stenographer. <p> Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees,<p> even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
