Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Salary: $36.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Available Positions: 1 Location: Various location in Lower Mainland and #303-1330 Marine Dr North Vancouver BC V7P 1T4 Skill Requirements: - Education: No formal education required - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required - Languages: Written and Oral English Specific Skills: • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers, • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Requisition materials and supplies • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies • Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions • Prepare work progress reports Work Conditions and- LocationNorth Vancouver, BC
