*Job Description*
The role of office manager is pivotal for how our production teams run and how our equipment/supplies stay organized. The office manager will be the sole person in charge of all operations within the office, all vehicle organization and maintenance, supply ordering, and be the face of the office for all production workers requiring supplies/ equipment. They will communicate effectively with all members of the team, supply partners, and maintenance staff.
This is a unique hybrid role that is part ?office manager? and part sales/customer service. While at the office, during non-organizational times and peak season, you will assist the sales manager or scheduling manager with their day-to-day tasks. This means you will be speaking to clients, selling from time to time, and working with software on a daily basis. During peak season you will also assist with inventory on-site, meaning you will be driving from site to site and meeting with crews. This role is meant for someone who can juggle multiple tasks at a time, be extremely organized, and wants sales experience alongside a logistical role.
*Requirements*
* Must have a full driver's licence - you will be driving to sites within GTA
* Must have laptop/cell phone with data
* 25% of the role is in the field, 75% from the office (located in The Junction)
* 1+ years of sales experience
* 1+ years in an organizational/ logistical role
* Worked in a customer-facing role before
* Be able to lift heavy items consistently
* Work autonomously and independently
* Intermediate to advanced iOS/Apple experience
* You must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure/stress, have a sense of urgency and pride in workmanship

*Day-To-Day*
This is a fast-paced role with both work from office and in field work. You will be moving fast, receiving constant feedback, and need to have an extreme sense of urgency/meet deadlines. If you enjoy working in slow-paced environments or completing the same tasks each day, this is not for you.
We provide intensive organizational, product, system, and sales training and you can expect a lot of coaching to improve your skills. We are looking for an individual who is excited to learn without ego and be a part of a competitive environment.
This is an ideal position for someone who prides themselves on organization, creating systems for an orderly workplace, and does not mind getting their hands dirty. We are on a mission to change the industry and are looking for someone with grit.
*Duties*
*Office Manager Role*
* Open and close office each day (5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 730am-5pm)
* Organize/Tidy all inventory/equipment on a daily/weekly basis
* Create weekly orders for paint/supplies and communicate effectively with the ordering team
* Work closely with the scheduler to ensure correct products/ supplies are ready to go based on the calendar.
* Communicate daily with onsite crews regarding items they need/are out of, create lists and put out equipment/ supplies daily for pickup the next day
* Accept orders daily and put supplies in the correct place
* Follow organizational systems, improve systems and create new ones
* Organize/clean out vehicles, bring vehicles to a mechanic when necessary, track maintenance
* Manage maintenance staff coming to the office from time to time
* Organize heavy items such as paint gallons, ladders, and carry items from first to second level
