*Construction Project Coordinator*

The *Construction Project Coordinator *operates as a General Contractor on Niradia's new and existing portfolio of buildings. The Construction Project Coordinator will plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of construction projects under the direction of a construction manager.
*Your Role: *
* Leading and assisting Niradia's commercial property portfolio
* Handling project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration, estimates and quantity takeoffs.
* Assisting in managing in-house workforce of various tradesmen; scheduling to appropriate job sites, coding invoices, and monitoring performance.
* Researching various technical solutions to a wide array of construction and property operations problems.
* Preparing and submitting subcontractor analyses, gathering multiple quotes, evaluating and making recommendations.
* Planning and preparing construction schedules.
* Preparing purchase orders, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Hiring and supervising the activities of subcontractors for some renovation or repairs around various properties.
* Travelling to construction sites to direct and evaluate work as required.
*Skills and Requirements:*
* 5 years + of construction management related experience and 1 year of highrise construction project experience
* Technical knowledge of construction materials, local material suppliers, assemblies, subtrades, and best practices.
* Strong prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
* Ability to independently research and find solutions to construction problems, analyze various alternatives, and select the best options for the given situations.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Clear written and oral communicator.
* Organizational skills to manage invoices, communications, file documentation, site instructions etc.
