Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Develop, implement and analyze budgets. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?.
