Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate. Identify customers' needs . Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Recommend products or services to customers. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal.
