Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Train staff. Supervise other servers and bussing staff. Schedule staff. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Balance cash and record sales. Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Provide customer service. Assist clients/guests with special needs.
