*Job Description*
We are looking for a *Project Manager* who will be reporting to the Bid Build Manager. The Project Manager, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This position demands a highly organized individual with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Establish project milestones and monitor progress against established timelines.
* Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project expenditures.
* Monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as necessary.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
* Proactively address issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Lead project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
* Foster a collaborative work environment and promote effective communication among team members.
* Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and accountability.
* Establish quality standards and procedures to ensure construction meets regulatory requirements and client expectations.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and adherence to specifications.
* Implement corrective actions to address deficiencies and ensure project quality is maintained.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
* Solicit feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering projects that exceed expectations.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
* Generate regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
* Compile project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and final invoices.
*Job Requirements:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry for a minimum 15 years, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and
