Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers . Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers .
