Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youths.
