Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations. Provide customer service. Manage incidents. Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
