Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Train staff. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Prepare special orders. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Organize and maintain inventory. Operate machinery. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.- LocationDelta, BC
