Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Tasks: Assess value of land, buildings, structures and property improvements for taxation, grants and regional planning prior to purchase or sale. Review and analyze data such as past sales, title searches, engineering and alignment maps and soil maps. Review and analyze data such as subdivision, water and sewer plans. Prepare appraisal reports for government departments. Prepare appraisal reports for courts, attorneys, and creditors. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
