We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and contribute to the overall success of our practice. This is a permanent, Part time position to start as the principal Dentist is looking to cut back her days leaving an opportunity for growth within the practice. Responsibilities: - Be able to perform with proficiency, basic dental procedures such as fillings, simple extractions, root canals, and crowns - Conduct routine dental examinations and provide appropriate treatments - Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and quality patient care - Maintain accurate patient records/notes using dental software system - Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and technology Qualifications: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Active provincial dental license in good standing - Proficiency in CAD/CAM technology for same-day restorations (Training can be provided) - Experience or knowledge with dental office software such as Tracker - Experience or interest in Implants, Clear Aligner Therapy will be an asset -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Joining our team offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
