Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Establish work schedules and procedures. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Train workers in duties and policies. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
