Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Urban area. Plastic products manufacturers. Rubber products manufacturing company. Tasks: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Flexibility. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
