Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Plan and manage budgets. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Prepare reports. Supervision: More than 20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Construction Trade Certification. CADD Course. Project Management Professional (PMP). Computer and technology knowledge: Primavera. AutoCAD. MS Project. SketchUp. Area of specialization: Project management. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Large caseload.
