Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques. Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events . Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs. Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities. Understand principles of group dynamics. Leading/instructing groups. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Interpersonal awareness. Judgement. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently a student?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
