Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities. Plan and manage budgets. Develop risk management plans. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Prepare reports. Supervision: 16-20 people. Security and safety: Bondable. Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Overtime required.
