Estimate costs and materials. Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications. Prepare contracts and tenders. Prepare standards and schedules. Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants. Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects. Technical writing. Test machines and equipment. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. Autodesk REVIT. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail.
