Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Supervision: Tilesetters. 16-20 people. Painters and decorators. Floor covering installers. Working groups. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Lathers. Drywall installers and finishers. Shinglers. Waterworks maintenance workers. Gas maintenance workers. Eavestrough installers. Electrical appliances installers. Kitchen cupboard and vanity installers. Muffler installers.
