DEPARTMENT: Pharmacy - OncologyBARGAINING UNIT: SHCPJOB TYPE: Permanent full-timeSCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application. JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the Pharmacy Department Manager, the pharmacy coordinator of the Oncology Centre satellite pharmacy participates in planning, organizing and managing the activities in this area. Participates in developing policies and procedures and develops training programs. In collaboration with the clinical coordinator and department manager, participates in developing the clinical activities of this area. Supervises the professional and technical staff.REQUIREMENTS:Member in good standing of the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists and licence to practise in New Brunswick;CSHP member;Additional training in hospital pharmacy (master's or diploma in hospital pharmacy) considered an asset;Five years' hospital pharmacy experience;Proven initiative, including the ability to make recommendations to improve processes;Proven ability to coach, guide and teach and to deliver professional development;Proven communication and interpersonal skills;Proven leadership skills;Proven ability to function in a changing work environment;Proven ability to organize and manage assigned workload;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Physical ability to perform assigned work;Good work history (performance and attendance);Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;Adherence to Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality rules.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
