Job details
Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews. Experience: 5 years or more. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youths. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youths.
