Education: Master's degree. Tasks: Arrange training for staff. Conduct performance reviews. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. Leading/instructing groups. Provide customer service. Coaching. Manage events. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 3-4 people.
