Evaluate treatment progress. Maintain clinical and progress reports. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Membership. Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Eligible for professional liability insurance. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
