Job details
Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. Tasks: Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal products. Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials. Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools. Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment. Polish metal products to mirror finish. Clean, polish, file or otherwise finish products. Equipment and machinery experience: Deburrer. Hand tools. Polishers. Polishing machines. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Experience: Experience an asset. Health benefits: Dental plan.
