Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. Organize and maintain inventory.
