Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews. Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas. Supervise staff. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms. Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff. Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out. Conduct infection control audit. Respond to complaints of guests. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities . Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) .
