DEPARTMENT: Primary Health Care Integrated Network - DieppeBARGAINING UNIT: CUPEJOB TYPE: Permanent full-timeSCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Provide administrative support for a clinic, department or program. REQUIREMENTS:High school graduation or General Education Diploma (GED) plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years or equivalent, which includes medical terminology/transcription courses;Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);One year of previous experience is required; Ability to write or revise a wide range of documents in French and English;Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;Know of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
