Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Construction. Repair. Renovation. Commercial. Institutional. Tasks: Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units. Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing. Construct and install prefabricated masonry units. Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages. Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools. Restore, clean or paint existing masonry structures. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Financial benefits: As per collective agreement.
