Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying). Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Provide customer service. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Internet.
