Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Management. Tasks: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance. Supervise staff or team. Provide on-site services. Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel and points of interest. Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Write daily basic progress reports. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
