Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Scour pots and pans. Portion and wrap foods. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Handle and store cleaning products. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Equipment and machinery experience: Deep fryer. Food dispensers. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is available. Travel expenses not paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
