Education: Bachelor's degree. Interior design. Work setting: In shop. On-site customer service. Tasks: Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings. Provide clients with information. Prepare conceptual designs. Develop and implement financial and operating plans. Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : National Council for Interior Design Qualification. Architectural specialization: Site inspections.
