For over 30 years, Seville Property Group has provided well-maintained, quality apartments in the Greater Moncton area. We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent.You must be self-motivated and work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to sell and have excellent communication skills.Responsible for managing and maintaining occupanciesFacilitate call and email leads as they arrive and follow upShowing prospective residents available suites and selling the benefits of the amenities and the communityProvide update-to-date rental information to prospective residentsEffectively closing the salePrepare, answer questions, and assist prospective residents regarding the rental process, and qualifications and complete the rental applicationVerify completeness and accuracy of application information and all supporting documentsPrepare move-in information upon approval of the rental applicationFacilitate administrative responsibilities associated with leasing activityRent collectionStrong people skills. Works well with others with a proven ability to build and foster relationshipsExcellent communication skills. Demonstrated through in-person interactions over the phone and written emails and reportsSuperior sales and customer service backgroundStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. An organized self-starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasksMinimum 2 -3 years of experience in a sales environmentExperience with leasing principles would be an assetA professional demeanorAbility to work evenings and weekendsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookBilingualism is considered a strong assetWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
