Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Schedule work. Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work. Maintain work records and logs. Read blueprints and drawings. Repair and maintain equipment. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
