Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Coach and instruct apprentices. Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Construct foundations for machinery. Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Supervise other workers. Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up. Estimate costs and materials. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Installing machinery and equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
