Our work environment includes: * Food provided * Casual work attire * Safe work environment We are looking for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in creating new dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and hone their culinary skills. Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. * Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. * Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and according to customer specifications. * Assist in menu planning and recipe development. * Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed. * Train and supervise kitchen staff. * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
