Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Train workers in duties and policies. Ensure smooth operation of equipment. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Establish work schedules and procedures. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Supervision: 3-4 people. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
