Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Interview inmates to assess adjustment problems. Supervise support staff. Administrative and office activities. Develop specialized rehabilitation programs. Perform administrative tasks. Advise and counsel inmates regarding their problems. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Food preparation. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Implement behaviour management programs. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
