Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities. Maintain shift log of production and other data. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards. Administer first-aid and other assistance. Operate forklift. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate.
