Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Dental practice. Tasks: Conduct initial dental assessments and consult with dentists on patient care. Instruct patients regarding oral hygiene. Apply fluoride treatment. Remove stains and deposits from teeth. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body. Membership with the Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec. Security and safety: Eligible for professional liability insurance. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Team player. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- LocationMontréal, QC
