Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Early childhood education and teaching. Tasks: Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Resolve conflict situations. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants. Supervision: 11-15 people.
