Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work site environment: Child welfare. Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Tasks: Implement life skills workshops. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Food preparation. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Offer mentoring. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Experience: Experience an asset.
