Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Supervision: 11-15 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Safe Food Handling certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Confidential security clearance. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
