Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products. Help with scheduling and workflow. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Bill third party insurers. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Collect statistics. Interpret physician's specification. Maintain inventory of equipment. Perform general clerical duties. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Order supplies and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Accurate.
