Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Offshore drilling rig. Tasks: Write daily basic progress reports. Operate and maintain drilling rig diesel motors, transmissions and other mechanical equipment. Use specialized equipment to determine the location of buried pipelines and other utilities in preparation for seismic exploration and drilling activities. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
