Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments. Maintain work records and logs. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying). Help customers plan travel time and routes. Make, cancel and change flight reservations. Prepare and issue tickets and receipts. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments. Reserve seats for general public, travel agencies and tour companies. Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer.
