Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Work setting: Various locations. High-rise building construction sites. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Install door, window and other hardware. Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment. Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials. Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces. Install sheet metal flashings. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Specialization or experience: Sheeting and cladding. Area of specialization: Siding. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
