Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Construction. Various locations. Tasks: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Apprenticeship training: Level three apprenticeship training. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Financial benefits: As per collective agreement.- Location91 Parr BoulevardBolton, ONL7E 4E3
